Do you work with couples or families affected by domestic abuse?

SafeLives are holding a free consultation workshop for professionals working with couples and family members affected by domestic abuse in Norwich. This will be held on Wednesday 4th October 2017 at the Willow Centre, Willowcroft Way, Cringleford, NR4 7JY from 9.30-11.30 am.

Click here to book a place. The closing date is Friday 29th September. Places are limited to 40 attendees so it may be necessary to restrict numbers attending from the same organisation.

SafeLives, a national domestic abuse organisation, is working with local organisations in Norwich to pilot five holistic, innovative interventions tailored to the varying needs of domestic abuse victims and their children as part of a new coordinated approach, known as the Beacon Project, to enable men, women and children in Norfolk to be safer.

This consultation will provide detailed information on the proposed intervention, collect local feedback and also inform organisations that may be interested becoming delivery partners. SafeLives would particularly welcome attendance from those working operationally with families at all levels of risk so feel free to circulate to anyone that may be interested.
